Your biology isn't generic. Your plan shouldn't be either.

Human expertise, with AI doing the heavy lifting underneath. One strategy, built on you.

Find what is holding you back. Then put your effort where it moves you forward. At SEVYN we start with the person, and the problem makes a lot more sense once we know who it belongs to.

Tests on their own are just numbers. The work is removing the guesswork: what to do, and in the order that counts.

How it is built

Four layers of personalisation

01

What is happening now

Your current blood panel, alongside a thorough signs-and-symptoms assessment. This is the ground truth your plan is built on.

02

How you are built

Your morphology, your ancestry and a set of anthropometric measurements: femur length, wrist-to-elbow circumference ratios, cranium and jaw size. Two people with the same blood results can need very different plans, and this is where that difference shows up.

03

What to change

We identify the lifestyle timings and habits working against you, and the actions you need to take to get results.

04

Integration and intelligence

We use our own internal knowledge assessments combined with approved AI tools to surface the patterns. Adam and Sam work through the findings with you, personally, against your history and your goals. A talented human stays in the driver's seat. The AI is the enhancer.

What you get from the four together: clarity, personalisation, prioritisation and execution.

Your coaches

Who coaches you

Adam Clayton and Sam Mower. They are SEVYN's coaches and you work with them directly. There is no rotating roster and no handover to someone who does not know you.

Adam Clayton played college tennis on scholarship in the United States, coached at the Hong Kong Jockey Club and has directed Manly Beach Health Club since 2012. Strength and conditioning, performance nutrition and peptide integration are his ground.

Sam Mower is an exercise physiologist from the University of Sydney and a former international-level rower. He built corporate health programmes for Commonwealth Bank, Optus and the NSW Institute of Sport, and co-founded Manly Beach Health Club with Adam.

The strategy call

A strategy call with your coach to make sense of it

The value of an assessment comes from understanding how its findings relate to your life.

Essential brings your assessment profile together with your history and your goals. Adam or Sam reviews it before your call, and arrives with the points worth discussing and the places where a practical change is likely to pay off.

Alongside your physical traits, the assessment considers:

  • Sleep routines and daily timing preferences, including chronotype-related insights where available.
  • Nutrition, movement, recovery and stress-management habits.
  • Your environment, schedule and practical constraints.
  • Relevant health information you choose to share. Clinical questions are referred to an appropriately qualified professional.

These inputs produce a personalised lifestyle profile. Treat that profile as a well-informed starting hypothesis. Your coach tests it against your experience and your circumstances before anything goes into your plan.

The findings session

A full hour on your findings

The 60-minute findings session is the centrepiece of Essential.

Adam or Sam walks you through your assessment, explains the main findings and connects them to your goals. There is time to ask questions and to challenge anything that does not match your experience. You finish by agreeing on a realistic focus.

Together you will cover:

  • What your assessment shows about your starting point, and where more information is needed.
  • The habits and routines already working for you that are worth keeping.
  • The factors most likely to make progress harder.
  • How the nutrition, movement, sleep and wellbeing guidance in your profile applies to you.
  • The changes that best fit your goals and your current capacity.
  • What to implement first, and how you will review your progress.

You finish with a clear eight-week plan, and you never have to interpret the dashboard on your own.

Our approach

What we believe

We optimise the person. The numbers are how we check.

You would never give every athlete the same role or the same training plan. You measure, you find the strengths and the limits, and then you build around the individual. Measure first, then build. A good coach does not assign roles blind, and we do not build health plans blind either.

If elite sport individualises to win games, your health deserves the same level of precision. Whether the limiting factor turns out to be insulin resistance, sleep fragmentation, sarcopenia, stress load or something else, the answer is specific to you, and anything clinical gets referred to the right professional.

In practice

Generic advice, and what we ask instead

Generic advice is built for the average person. You are not the average person. Here is the difference in practice:

Generic adviceWhat we ask instead
Eat a Mediterranean dietWhat nutrition pattern fits your biology and your dominant hormones?
Get eight hours of sleepWhat is the right sleep duration and recovery profile for you?
Do more cardioWhat exercise dose and heart-rate intensity moves the needle without breaking you?
Lift heavy weightsWhen is the best time to stress your system, given your chronobiology and your nervous system's rhythms?
Stress lessWhich loads are actually modifiable, and which ones aren't?

Essential provides lifestyle education and coaching. Its assessment and AI outputs are not medical diagnoses. Questions about blood test results, medical conditions and treatment decisions should go to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
